Yersterday Kim appeared at an event to launch her fourth fragrance, True Reflection, at The London West Hollywood. The event was commendably held in benefit of Dress for Success, which is a non-profit organization that provides interview suits, confidence boosts, and career development to low-income women.
Kim also experienced a "flour bomb" that was dropped on her while she was on the red carpet. In short,- low and weak. Won't even comment, not worth it. :) Kim handled it well, that's what's important.
