The 536 day court battle is over!! Today, April 19, Kim reached a divorce settlement with Kris Humphries.

Before announcing the settlement, Judge Hank Goldberg asked Miss Kardashian (Kris was not present), "Is there any way your marriage could be saved?"
"No your Honor," she responded, adding that she entered into the agreement freely. After the discussion, the judge granted a divorce.

Kimmy is finally free and can move on with her life and focus on her future with Kanye and their baby! Congratulations, Kimmy!

On April 12, Kim was photographed by the paparazzi leaving the Courthouse in Los Angeles. According to reports, Kris Humphries didn't show up to the hearing, further delaying a settlement in the divorce case. Court documents claim that a trial date is scheduled for May 6 if an agreement cannot be reached before that time.
